House rules
Up to four guests, excluding infants. Cots can be rented on request, subject to availability. Late check-in costs 25€ from 21:00 to midnight and 44€ from midnight to 06:00. Housekeeping before arrival and after departure, bed linen, bath towels and natural skincare products are covered by the housekeeping fee. Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival. A 50% cancellation fee applies up to 14 days before arrival, and a 100% cancellation fee applies from 14 days before arrival. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fifth floor with elevator access. The basement garage is 4.40 m long. Charles Michels metro station (line 10) is a 5-minute walk, Dupleix (line 6) an 8-minute walk, and Champ de Mars – Tour Eiffel station (RER C) a 12-minute walk. Montparnasse station is 16 minutes by public transport or 12 minutes by car; Gare du Nord / Gare de l’Est is 34 minutes by public transport or 41 minutes by car; Gare de Lyon is 35 minutes by public transport or 38 minutes by car; Gare Saint-Lazare is 38 minutes by public transport or 23 minutes by car. Paris-CDG airport is 55 minutes by car or 1 hour by public transport; Paris-Orly airport is 30 minutes by car or 1 hour 30 minutes by public transport.
