## About the house

The apartment is on the fifth floor of a building with an elevator. Its 10 m² outdoor area includes a terrace and balcony with a small table. Inside, there is a large open-plan lounge and dining room, plus a separate equipped kitchen with its own dining area. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, toaster, mixer, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

Each of the two bedrooms has one 160 cm queen-size bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, and two WCs. Equipment includes heating, a TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and clothes hangers. Basement parking is available in a garage measuring 4.40 m long. Cots can be rented on request, subject to availability.

A Welkeys concierge welcomes guests, provides the keys and offers assistance during the stay. Arrival information is provided before the stay through a dedicated traveler app. Housekeeping before arrival and after departure, bed linen, bath towels and natural skincare products are covered by the housekeeping fee. Private chauffeur, in-home chef and local activity services are available according to guests’ needs.

Beaugrenelle shopping center is nearby. Charles Michels metro station on line 10 is a five-minute walk away, Dupleix on line 6 is an eight-minute walk, and Champ de Mars – Tour Eiffel RER C station is a twelve-minute walk.

Montparnasse station is 16 minutes by public transport or 12 minutes by car; Gare du Nord / Gare de l’Est is 34 minutes by public transport or 41 minutes by car; Gare de Lyon is 35 minutes by public transport or 38 minutes by car; Gare Saint-Lazare is 38 minutes by public transport or 23 minutes by car. Paris-CDG airport is 55 minutes by car or 1 hour by public transport; Paris-Orly airport is 30 minutes by car or 1 hour 30 minutes by public transport.

Up to four guests, excluding infants. Cots can be rented on request, subject to availability. Late check-in costs 25€ from 21:00 to midnight and 44€ from midnight to 06:00. Housekeeping before arrival and after departure, bed linen, bath towels and natural skincare products are covered by the housekeeping fee. Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival. A 50% cancellation fee applies up to 14 days before arrival, and a 100% cancellation fee applies from 14 days before arrival. Booking fees are non-refundable.
