The house

This furnished 53 m² apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. It has a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a balcony with a view, two bedrooms with one double bed each, and one bathroom with a shower.

The equipped kitchen includes a kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, fridge and dishwasher. Wi-Fi, TV, heating, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and ski locker are provided. Reserved parking for residents is opposite the building.

The apartment is in the heart of Alpe d'Huez 1860, opposite a swimming pool and near the ice rink, shops, ski-equipment rental shops, bars and restaurants. Numerous ski runs and cable cars are accessible on foot, and a free bus service connects to other cable cars. Summer activities nearby include hiking and mountain biking.

A Welkeys concierge welcomes guests, hands over the keys and provides assistance during the stay.
