This furnished 53 m² apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. It has a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a balcony with a view, two bedrooms with one double bed each, and one bathroom with a shower.

The equipped kitchen includes a kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, toaster, oven, microwave, hob, fridge and dishwasher. Wi-Fi, TV, heating, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and ski locker are provided. Reserved parking for residents is opposite the building.

The apartment is in the heart of Alpe d'Huez 1860, opposite a swimming pool and near the ice rink, shops, ski-equipment rental shops, bars and restaurants. Numerous ski runs and cable cars are accessible on foot, and a free bus service connects to other cable cars. Summer activities nearby include hiking and mountain biking.

A Welkeys concierge welcomes guests, hands over the keys and provides assistance during the stay. Arrival information is provided before the stay through the traveler's app. Housekeeping before arrival and after departure, bed linen, bath towels and natural skincare products are covered by the housekeeping fee.

The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. Ski runs and cable cars are accessible on foot, with a free bus service to other cable cars. The bus terminal is a 10-minute walk away; Grenoble-Isère Airport is 1 hour 30 minutes away by car.

Up to six guests are permitted, excluding infants. Late check-in incurs an additional charge of 25€ from 21:00 to midnight, or 44€ from midnight to 06:00. Housekeeping, bed linen, bath towels and natural skincare products are covered by the housekeeping fee. Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival; a 50% cancellation fee applies up to 14 days before arrival, and a 100% cancellation fee applies from 14 days before arrival. Booking fees are non-refundable.
