Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Groups of young people aged 18 or younger are not accepted. Pets must weigh less than 10 kg; dangerous breeds are prohibited. Bed linen and towels are not included by default. Optional services per booking: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 10,00 €; double-bed linen 22,00 €; single-bed linen 19,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 65,00 €. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the entire stay without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not offered. Mandatory hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance: 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per booking is secured by card pre-authorisation with the final payment. Wi-Fi, heating, eligible pets, a cot, personalised arrival and departure services are included. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange keys. Low-season times may be flexible by agreement.

Getting there

Arcachon's sandy beach and Thiers pier are 500 m away. Local outings can be made on foot or by bicycle. Arcachon railway station is 300 m away; travelling by train is recommended in summer because the free public parking 100 m away may be full. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Casino Partouche is 350 m away, the market 700 m, Monoprix 750 m, the port 3 km and Aqualand 8 km. The golf distance is stated as 4 km in the description and 3.5 km in the distance table; confirm the route.
