House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; the accommodation has no dedicated EV charging outlet. The linen service is optional and linen supplied for the stay is not renewed; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A 10% concierge service fee applies to the reservation. A refundable €800 deposit per booking is taken as a card pre-authorization. Optional services: kitchen cloths €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per bed; single-bed linen €12 per bed; end-of-stay cleaning €75 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Getting there
Plage de la Pége and Plage des Mouettes are each 3.5 km away. The page does not state a travel mode. Two outdoor parking spaces are provided. The garden is being landscaped, with plants planned to screen the neighboring road view.
