The renovated first-floor apartment has parquet flooring, designer LED lighting and air conditioning in all rooms. The living room includes a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs, and opens onto a balcony and an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and juicer.

The bedroom has a queen-size double bed, spacious wardrobe and access to the rear balcony. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Wi-Fi, an iron and mosquito nets are available.

The private garage measures 5.60 × 2.10 m, with a height of 1.85 m. The 14 × 8 m swimming pool is available from 15 May to 15 September; swimming caps are required. Tennis courts are a short walk away.

Local sights include Scaliger Castle and its Darsena, the lakeside panoramic road, Villa Callas and the beaches of Lido delle Bionde and Jamaica Beach. The area offers cycling through the Lugana vineyards and a thermal centre. Verona airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car. The journey from Desenzano railway station is advertised as approximately 30 minutes by train.
