The house

Delightful one-bedroom apartment surrounded by greenery, just a short walk from Ospedale Maggiore in Bologna.

Entirely located on the ground floor, this apartment opens onto a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV and a dining area. Adjacent, there is a well-equipped kitchen complete with oven, microwave and kettle. The apartment continues with the sleeping area composed of a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bridge wardrobe and a desk, and a full bathroom with a large shower.

*Please be informed that the city center is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colors characterizing its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theaters, characterized by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city center there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity.

Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

The central train station and the airport are respectively 5 km and 7 km away.
