The apartment has contemporary furnishings and wood flooring in the living area and bedroom. The colourful living room contains a sofa, dining table and bookcase, with books and CDs available to guests. Music from the nearby Conservatoire can be heard through the windows.
One bedroom has a single bed; the other is a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and balcony. The equipped kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, microwave, oven and fridge. There is one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available. The building has a lift.
Buses along Via Roma serve central Palermo and residential areas, including line 101. The central station can be reached on foot or by bus and has an airport transfer connection. Another airport-transfer bus stop is at Teatro Politeama, one kilometre from the apartment.
