Animals, smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in ends at 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand; its amount varies according to local regulations, and booking-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.

The apartment spans two levels, with both bedrooms on the upper floor. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is approximately 4 km away by car.
