## About the house

The apartment occupies the first floor of a modern, recently constructed building. An external staircase leads to the terrace and the open-plan living area, which has a sofa, TV, dining table and equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge.

One bedroom has a queen-size double bed; the other has two single beds, one of which is a pull-out bed. There is one bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.

The shared swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September, and a swimming cap may be required. Pittulongu, also known as La Playa, is a sandy beach with bars and restaurants. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is 16 minutes away by car.

The first-floor apartment is reached by an external staircase leading to the terrace. Pittulongu's sea is a few minutes away by car. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is 16 minutes away by car.

Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand; its amount varies according to local regulations, with booking information available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Check-out is no later than 10:00.
