## About the house

The apartment occupies the ground floor of a modern, recently constructed building. A patio with an outdoor dining area overlooks the swimming pool, which is shared with the apartment on the upper floor. The patio leads into an open-plan living area with a sofa, television, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and fridge.

There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size double bed and one with two single beds, including a pull-out bed. The bathroom has a shower, and a hairdryer is provided. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.

The shared pool opens from 1 June to 30 September; swimming caps may be required. Pittulongu beach, also known as La Playa, is a few minutes' drive away. It has fine white sand, shallow water, beach bars and restaurants, and views of Tavolara island. Nearby beaches include Bados, Pellicano, Cala Banana, Bianca and Le Saline. Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is 16 minutes away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the local team for more information if travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand; the amount varies according to local regulations. Booking information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
