## About the house

The first-floor apartment is in a building 50 meters from the sea and accommodates up to five guests. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, a sofa, a double sofa bed, a glass table and a TV, with access to a sea-view balcony.

The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, juicer, moka coffee maker, washing machine and TV. One bedroom has a queen bed, a large wardrobe and a TV; the second has a single bed and a sink. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Wi-Fi, fans and an iron are available.

Nice and Genoa airports are respectively one hour and two hours away by car. Sanremo train station is less than 30 minutes away by car.

A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late arrival and departure are available on request, subject to availability; arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40.
