## About the house

The living room has a double sofa bed, a dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. A French door opens onto a private balcony overlooking the garden and the residence pool. The bedroom has a queen-size double bed and wardrobe; the bathroom has a shower and bidet.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge, and the bathroom has a hairdryer.

Guests share the residence swimming pool and communal garden. The pool opens from 15 June to 15 September, from 10:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 18:30. Swimming caps are required. Chairs are provided in the pool area, but loungers cannot be brought into it; loungers may be used on the private balcony or in the communal garden near the pool.

Verona airport is 25 minutes away by car, and Peschiera del Garda railway station is about five minutes away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations; booking information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from € 20 to € 40.
