The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator, with an entrance beneath Bologna’s characteristic arcades. The living and sleeping areas are separated by a wall but directly connected. The living area has a sofa, desk, dining table, TV and fully equipped kitchen with an oven, kettle, microwave and espresso coffee machine; a moka pot is also available. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and clothes rack.
Both areas open onto a small terrace overlooking the city rooftops, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is one bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an iron are available.
