The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator, with an entrance beneath Bologna’s characteristic arcades. The living and sleeping areas are separated by a wall but directly connected. The living area has a sofa, desk, dining table, TV and fully equipped kitchen with an oven, kettle, microwave and espresso coffee machine; a moka pot is also available. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and clothes rack.

Both areas open onto a small terrace overlooking the city rooftops, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is one bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an iron are available.

The apartment is in the limited traffic zone. Bologna central train station is 1.3 km away, and the airport is less than 20 minutes away by car.

Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge from €20 to €40. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations.
