The house

The apartment accommodates four guests on the third floor of a building with a janitor and an elevator. The living room has a corner double sofa bed, a desk and a console table. A wall partially separates the kitchen, which has a dining table, a TV, cooking tools, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a moka coffee maker and a juicer.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and mosquito netting are available.

Naples Capodichino Airport is less than 10 minutes away by car, and the central station is a 15-minute walk away. Elevator use carries a charge of “0.10 cents”. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations.
