Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be payable upon arrival or a few days beforehand, depending on local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift. Bari Centrale station is 2 km away; Bari-Karol Wojtyla International Airport is 10 km away and Salento Airport in Brindisi is 120 km away.
