House rules
Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. Pets must weigh less than 10 kg and dangerous breeds are not accepted. Linen and towels are optional, are supplied on arrival when ordered, and cannot be replaced during the stay. Mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Optional charges per booking: kitchen towels €2.00; a towel set with one small and one large towel €7.00; linen for one double bed €18.00; linen for one single bed €14.00; bath mat €3.00; end-of-stay cleaning €60.00. The mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation. A refundable €800.00 deposit per booking is secured by card preauthorization with the final payment. Heating, personalized arrival and departure services, and the pet service are included. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and communicate your arrival time. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times can be arranged flexibly with the agency. Cancellation is free up to 29 days before arrival, costs 50% of rent from 28 to 16 days before, and 100% from 15 days before, at arrival or for a no-show. Optional cancellation insurance requires supporting documentation.
Getting there
Kervers and Fogeo sandy beaches are each 10 m away and a few steps from the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is no private parking space; free parking is available nearby. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket. Do not charge vehicles using domestic sockets; use a dedicated charging station. Super U Arzon is 1 km away, La Croisette, Le Voilier and Port du Crouesty 2 km, Bluegreen Rhuys Kerver golf 5 km, Sarzeau 10 km, Pop Corn Labyrinthe 13 km, Château de Suscinio 14 km, Celt’Aventures 17 km, Aquagolfe aquatic centre 24 km, Bretagne Atlantique hospital in Vannes 33 km and Vannes station 35 km. Distances conflict: La Voile du Fogeo is 1 km in the description versus 1.3 km in the table, Le Spot Nautique 2 km versus 1.5 km, and Intermarché SUPER Arzon 3 km versus 2.5 km; confirm these distances.
