No smoking. No events or parties. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The listing describes this accommodation for two. A refundable €800 security deposit per booking is taken by card pre-authorization. The concierge service fee is 10% of the booking. Optional charges include: kitchen towels €2 per booking; a small and large towel set €7 per booking; double-bed linen €15 per booking; single-bed linen €12 per booking; end-of-stay cleaning €75 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking; and cancellation insurance 5.5% of the booking. Bed linen and towels are not supplied. Linen ordered is provided on arrival for the stay, with no renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. The tourist tax is included in the total price according to the taxes section. Do not use domestic sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging point. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to arrange key handover and provide arrival time. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement.

Plage de la Pége and Plage des Mouettes are each 3.5 km away. The apartment has direct access to its terrace. No beach access mode is stated.
