## About the house

The renovated house sleeps six across three bedrooms, with two queen beds and two single beds. The downstairs bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and toilet; the other two bedrooms on the second level share the main bathroom and a separate toilet. An upstairs deck has an outdoor table and electric BBQ. The front and back yards are fenced, with three dog beds and a dog door provided. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, electric oven and cooktop. Linen is provided. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. Recreation facilities include a downstairs pool table, puzzles, toys and games, plus books, DVDs, magazines, a TV and DVD player. Additional amenities include a bathtub, hair dryer, iron, hot water and smoke detector. Floors are laminated, with tiled bathroom floors. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome.

Air conditioning: Yes · A large reverse-cycle air-conditioning unit provides heating and cooling. An additional heater is downstairs in the pool-table room, and the queen beds have electric blankets. The upstairs wood-fire heater is not usable.

Workspace: Yes · A desk and standard lamp are on the landing, away from the main living area.

Parking: Yes · Three car spaces and free on-premises parking are provided. A standard power point in the garage may be used to charge an electric vehicle; it is not a dedicated EV charger.

Pets allowed: Yes · Pets are welcome inside and outside. Three dog beds and a dog door are provided, and both the front and back yards are fenced.

Kitchen: Yes · The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric oven, cooktop and toaster.

Washing machine: Yes · A washing machine and dryer are provided in the laundry.

Free NBN Wi-Fi is provided.

The beach and Great Ocean Road walking track are a five-minute walk away; shops and cafes are a 15-minute walk away. The house spans three levels with two sets of stairs, each with five to six steps. The upstairs wood-fire heater is not usable.

Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Pets are welcome inside and outside. Children and infants are welcome. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to the booking terms and conditions.
