## About the house

Aperanti is a restored traditional stone house in Pera Orinis, centered around an inner courtyard. The house has four guest rooms, a recreational area, a shared dining and working space, and a kitchen whose access depends on the season. During the agrotourism season, the kitchen is reserved for the hosts, who prepare breakfasts and dinners using local and seasonal ingredients. During coliving programmes, guests share the kitchen, which has a cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and cooking utensils. All rooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning, underfloor heating, and Wi-Fi. The courtyard and shared spaces are used for relaxing, meals, work, and group activities.
