The maximum occupancy is 4 guests and is non-negotiable due to fire code. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent the property and must be present for the entire reservation. No pets, parties, events, or smoking are allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Do not leave personal items on the patio or arrange mail or package deliveries to the home. Smoking violations incur a minimum $150 fee, with additional charges possible if the property becomes temporarily unrentable.
Getting there
Rainey Street is steps away, and cafes and scenic trails are nearby. Covered parking is available in a designated area. Hot-water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged usage could affect temperatures. Nearby construction may cause noise.
