The house

Village de l’Orée 405 accommodates up to 14 guests in five double bedrooms and a family bedroom, each with an ensuite bathroom. The family bedroom has two single beds that can be arranged as a double and a sofa bed for two. Four of the double bedrooms have balconies; all five have TVs, and the master bedroom also has a dressing area.

The living area has double-height ceilings, glazing extending to the roof, deep sofas, wood wall cladding and a central wood fireplace. There is a dining room, an open kitchen and a long terrace with seating areas and mountain views. The mezzanine has a bar and a snooker table. An indoor hot tub and sauna form the apartment’s wellness area.

The kitchen includes induction hobs, an oven, a microwave/oven combination, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, refrigerated wine cellar, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender, kitchen robot and fondue appliance. A laundry room, washing machine, dryer, iron, TV, Wi-Fi, ski locker, boot heater, outdoor furniture and outdoor parking are available.

Bathroom products, beds made before arrival, household and bath linen, and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Winter-only welcome extras include champagne, reception at the property, slippers, a welcome basket and fireplace wood. A baby cot and high chair are available on request and are not included.
