House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or other loud festivities are allowed. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and an additional cost. A €500 security deposit is pre-authorised on the card the day before arrival and released after departure if there is no damage. A free baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
Getting there
The apartment is five minutes on foot from the centre of Les Houches and a 10-minute drive from the centre of Chamonix. It is ski-in, with ski access to the door; the slopes are two minutes away on foot. The French ski school and Prarion cable car are 300 metres away.
