The house

The apartment accommodates seven guests in three bedrooms and a living-room sleeping space, with two shower bathrooms and a furnished porch or terrace. Two bedrooms each have a double bed with two sleeping places; the third has single beds with two sleeping places. The living room has a sofa bed, mattress or similar for one person.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, a gas/electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood and a 15-litre freezer compartment. There is one television with cable channels, wireless internet, two air-conditioning units, gas heating and year-round insulation. One cot and one high chair are available. The building dates from 1988 and was refurbished in 2024.

Shared facilities include a 126 m² outdoor swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September, a games room, a gym with an exercise bike, treadmill and exercise equipment, table tennis, two football goals, a volleyball net and a barbecue area. The 2,000 m² garden has an open site and garden furniture. A shared washing machine and free on-site parking are available.
