The house

The second-floor apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed for two, a kitchen/living room, a shower bathroom and a separate toilet. A lift serves the building. The balcony has sea views, and there is an open and covered terrace with garden furniture. The houseowner lives on site; another apartment in the house can be booked separately.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and insulated for year-round use, with electric heating and bathroom underfloor heating. The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-hob induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, 120-litre freezer, cooker hood, microwave, coffee brewer and dishwasher. A washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and hairdryer are provided. Entertainment includes three televisions, satellite reception, Smart TV and wireless internet.

Guests share a 50 m² outdoor site and a 36 m² outdoor swimming pool, open from June through the end of September. Outdoor facilities include three sun loungers, an outdoor shower and an electric barbecue. Two on-site parking spaces are free.

A stone/pebble beach and marked hiking trails are 80 m away. The nearest restaurant is 120 m away, shopping is 800 m away, and Trogir is 2 km away. Boat and bicycle rentals are 500 m away; tennis, table tennis, mini golf, a water park and a fitness centre are 1 km away. SPU airport is 7 km away.
