## About the house

The 148 sq.m apartment was renovated in 2022 and occupies part of a south-facing log chalet. Its living room has window niches overlooking the Oisans mountains. An open-plan equipped kitchen connects to the dining area, with a wood stove. A south-facing terrace has a brazier table, and a second terrace has an outdoor sauna and jacuzzi.

Tintin accommodates up to 14 guests, with double-room accommodation and a mountain sleeping corner containing two single beds and a bunk bed, described as ideal for children. The captured layout details two double-or-twin rooms, each with a 160 × 200 cm double bed and an ensuite shower room, and the sleeping corner with its own ensuite shower room.

Facilities include a ski room with boot dryer, bike room, outdoor furniture, TV and refrigerated wine cellar. Kitchen appliances include a coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, kettle, combination microwave and oven, raclette machine and toaster. A washer-dryer is available.

Beds are made before arrival, household and bath linen are supplied, and reception takes place at the property. End-of-stay cleaning is included except for the kitchen. A baby cot and high chair are available on request and are not included. Tintin and the separately offered Milou apartment can be interconnected for groups or larger families.
