The house

The fourth-floor apartment accommodates five guests and has lift access. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with two sleeping spaces; bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with two sleeping spaces. The living room provides one additional sleeping space on a sofa bed, mattress or similar. The bathroom has a shower and toilet with hot and cold water.

The open-plan kitchen/diner has hot and cold water, four electric hobs, an oven, refrigerator, 40-litre freezer, cooker hood, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and hairdryer are provided. There are two televisions with French channels, wireless internet and a smoke alarm. One high chair and one cot are available.

The terrace/balcony has sea views and outdoor furniture. Free parking nearby is advertised for three vehicles. The apartment has electric heating and year-round insulation; consumption costs are included. The concrete building was built and refurbished in 2021.

The sandy beach is 30 m away, and a restaurant and marked walking and fitness trails are 50 m away. Le Touquet is 4,640 m away, and LTQ airport is 4,680 m away.
