The house

The apartment is part of Seeterrassen, a former hotel containing 22 apartments. It has one bedroom with a grand-lit double bed, one bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a living room with a dining area and a 150 cm double sofa bed. Entertainment facilities include a TV, Chromecast, DK-DR1 and a radio. Wireless internet is available.

The kitchenette has hot and cold water, two electric hobs and an oven, a refrigerator, cooker hood, 10-litre freezer compartment, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. The apartment is partly insulated and was built in 2012.

The living room opens onto a covered, sea-view terrace with garden furniture. A second furnished terrace is on the opposite side; the outdoor areas include open and covered terrace space. One free on-site parking space is available.

The sea and sandy beach are 100 metres away, with rocks along the shore. Sandkås lies between Allinge and Gudhjem and has a sandy beach, cliffs, mini-golf, a kiosk and a restaurant. Shopping and Allinge are 1,300 metres away, and a golf course is 8,000 metres away.

The apartment is on the second floor, with its entrance at the back on the first floor; there are no stairs in the apartment. No cots or high chairs are provided.
