The maximum occupancy is 4 guests and is non-negotiable due to fire code. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent the property and must be present for the entire reservation. No pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors and outdoors. Do not leave personal items on the patio. Do not have mail or packages delivered because the locked mailboxes are not accessible. Hot-water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged use may affect temperatures. Nearby construction may cause noise. Please be respectful of the property and neighbors.
Getting there
Apartment Sage is in Austin's Holly District, a few blocks from Rainey Street and a short drive from Downtown and South Congress. Nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are convenient. Street parking is first-come, first-served.
