The house

The apartment has two bedrooms, an open-plan living room and kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Bedroom 1 has double-bed sleeping accommodation for two; bedroom 2 has single-bed sleeping accommodation for two. The living room also has a sofa bed, mattress or similar sleeping space for one. The advertised maximum occupancy is four guests.

The kitchenette has hot and cold water, a sink, a single electric hob, mini oven, refrigerator and coffee brewer. Facilities include wireless internet, a flatscreen TV with Chromecast and DK-DR1, a vacuum cleaner and one smoke alarm. The apartment has central heating and year-round insulation. The stone building dates from 1925 and was refurbished in 2020. The owner lives in a separate flat.
