The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent the property and must be present for the entire reservation. No parties or events are allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors and outdoors. Guests may bring up to 2 pets, each weighing no more than 30 lb; pets must be cleaned up after. Getting there
The apartment is a short drive from Downtown and South Congress, a short walk from Rainey Street, and 20 minutes from the Circuit of the Americas. Nearby construction may cause daytime noise. The hot-water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged use may affect the temperature.
