The house

Apartment RE012C is in a quiet residence in the centre of Courchevel Moriond, close to resort amenities and the snow front. The apartment has 34 m² of floor space plus a 20 m² mezzanine, accommodating up to six guests. Direct access to the slopes is available from the residence’s seventh floor.

The living area includes a lounge with a convertible sofa bed, a dining area, an open-plan fitted kitchen and a balcony. Two cabins provide two single beds measuring 90 × 180 cm and one sofa bed measuring 140 × 200 cm respectively. There is one independent bathroom with a bathtub, double basin, towel dryer and hairdryer, plus one separate toilet.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, a TV, outdoor furniture, a ski locker and a ski room. The kitchen includes induction hobs, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, coffee machine, DeLonghi percolator coffee machine and raclette machine. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also available.

The Essential self-catered service includes agency reception, bathroom products, beds made before arrival, and household and bath linen. Housekeeping and linen services are available on request. A baby cot, high chair and parking space are available on request and are not included.
