The house

The apartment has bright, furnished rooms with visible historic brickwork in a building dating from 1795, refurbished in 2024. It accommodates four guests, with sleeping provision described as two adult places and two child places. The bedroom has a double bed with two sleeping spaces; the living room has a sofa bed, mattress or similar with two sleeping spaces. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. One cot is available.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, an electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 15-litre freezer compartment, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. Entertainment includes a Smart TV with satellite reception and Netflix, plus wireless internet. The apartment has year-round insulation, gas heating, a heat pump and bathroom underfloor heating. A smoke alarm and lift are available.

Guests share a sauna, exercise bike, treadmill and exercise equipment, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The fenced shared grounds have shared garden furniture and a shared terrace or balcony. There are landscape views and free parking nearby. Consumption costs are included.
