The furnished apartment occupies an old wood-and-brick building dating from 1849 and refurbished in 2022, with views over the landscape. Two bedrooms each have a double bed for two people; a further double bed for two is in the living room. There is a kitchen/living room, a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, and a separate toilet.
The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-hob electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 15-litre freezer compartment, coffee brewer and dishwasher. The apartment has central heating and year-round insulation. Entertainment facilities include one television, cable TV, Smart TV, Netflix and wireless internet; a hairdryer is provided.
