## About the house

Parenthèse A02 is in a new residence close to shops. Wood finishes, natural materials and alpine touches frame an open-plan lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen. The living area includes a TV lounge and a balcony with outdoor furniture.

The sleeping layout comprises two double bedrooms and two children's cabin sleeping areas. Both double bedrooms have a wardrobe and a 160 × 200 cm double bed; one also has a TV and an en-suite shower room with a towel dryer. The corner sleeping area has a bunk bed with two sleeping places, sized 90 × 200 cm. The children's bedroom has a desk and a 160 × 200 cm mezzanine bed. A separate bathroom contains a bathtub, towel dryer, toilet, single basin and washing machine; there is also one separate toilet.

Facilities include a private ski locker, lift access, a fitness room and a private garage. The kitchen has induction hobs, a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and bean-to-cup coffee machine. A TV, Wi-Fi and vacuum cleaner are provided. A baby cot and a 4G Wi-Fi box are available on request and are not included.

The self-catered Essential service includes agency reception, bathroom products, beds made before arrival, and household and bath linen. End-of-stay cleaning is available on request.

Accommodation is for up to eight guests, with a stated party fit of four adults and four children. Security deposit: 1500 €, marked as not collected. A baby cot and a 4G Wi-Fi box are not included and are available on request. End-of-stay cleaning is available on request.
