How do arrival and departure work?
Self check-in and check-out use a digital lock. There is no on-site front desk, and local staff are available for assistance. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and an additional charge.
Is a security deposit required?
A €500 security deposit is pre-authorised on the supplied credit card the day before arrival and released after departure provided there is no property damage.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets weighing under 10 kg are allowed.
Is baby equipment available?
A baby cot and high chair are available free upon request.
