The apartment accommodates up to six adults and two children in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a king-size bed, including one with an en-suite bathroom. The bunk room has four beds suitable for two adults and two children. A separate family bathroom has a bathtub. The living room and fully equipped kitchen open onto a dining area. A balcony, terrace, private garage, private ski locker and communal bike storage are available. Other facilities include a lift, dryer, hairdryer, Smart TV and Polaroid camera. A baby cot and high chair are free upon request.

The apartment is on the second floor, and the building has a lift. The La Turche drag lift is a two-minute walk away; its reopening for the upcoming winter is unconfirmed following intermittent closures last season. The Perrières chairlift can be reached by skiing down or walking. A bus stop is a three-minute walk away with direct connections to the centre of Les Gets. The nearby Les Puthays stop has connections to Perrières and TC Chavannes. Hiking and mountain biking trails start at the doorstep, and Lac des Écoles is nearby.

Maximum occupancy is eight guests: six adults and two children. Smoking is not permitted. Small pets under 10 kg are allowed. A €500 security deposit is pre-authorised on the supplied credit card the day before arrival and released after departure provided there is no property damage. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and an additional charge.
