The house

The apartment is surrounded by greenery and has an open terrace and a balcony with sea views. The stone building was built in 1991 and refurbished in 2019, and the apartment is insulated for year-round use. Outdoor facilities include a 30 m² shared open site, garden furniture and a shared barbecue.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed for two and a sofa bed, mattress or similar sleeping arrangement for one. Bedroom 2 has a double bed for two. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, plus a separate toilet; both have hot and cold water. No cots or high chairs are provided.

The kitchen/diner has hot and cold water, an electric oven and four hobs, a refrigerator, a 5-litre freezer compartment, a coffee brewer and a microwave. Facilities include one television with satellite reception, wireless internet and one hot/cold air-conditioning unit. One on-site parking space is free, and consumption costs are included.

A stone/pebble beach is 640 m away, shopping is 500 m away and the nearest restaurant is 670 m away. Marked hiking trails, including a 5–10 km trail, are 200 m away. Boat and bicycle rental are 700 m away, an activity centre and fitness centre are 740 m away, a tennis court is 830 m away and horse hire is 4,700 m away. Opatija is 3,600 m away and RJK airport is 24,500 m away. Lovran's promenade and nearby water sports offer additional outings; Uka Nature Park offers walking and cycling, with paragliding from Mount Uka.
