The house

The apartment accommodates four guests in one bedroom with two single beds and one double bed. There is one bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus an open-plan kitchen/diner and a sofa for relaxing. The kitchen has hot and cold water, four gas hobs, a refrigerator and a 33-litre freezer.

The balcony overlooks the sea. Outdoor facilities include garden furniture and a 600 m² open natural site/garden. Two parking spaces are available free of charge on site. A washing machine is shared.

The apartment has Wi-Fi, one television with satellite channels, a hairdryer and one cot. There is one hot/cold air-conditioning unit, and the building is insulated for year-round use. The stone building was constructed in 2022 and refurbished in 2024.

A stone/pebble beach is 80 m away, and a sandy beach is 300 m away. Shops are 550 m away, the nearest restaurant is 650 m away, and Omiš is 6 km away. Consumption costs are included. One pet is permitted, and the apartment is non-smoking.
