The house

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed for two, a living room with a dining table, a separate kitchen and one bathroom with a shower and toilet. The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-hob electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, 20-litre freezer, coffee brewer and dishwasher. A smart TV, wireless internet and one air-conditioning unit are provided. The stone building was built in 1974, refurbished in 2026 and insulated for year-round use.

Outdoor spaces include a terrace with lounge seating, a balcony, a barbecue area and garden furniture among Mediterranean plants. The natural plot measures 610 m² and has a 120 cm fence. The homeowner lives on site. One free parking space is available nearby. No sun loungers, cots or high chairs are provided.
