The 1,050-square-foot apartment has an open floor plan, modern finishes, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living and dining areas, and a private patio. Both bedrooms have bedding and storage space. The ensuite bathroom has a stand-up shower, and the guest bathroom has a full tub. Additional sleeping space includes a queen pull-out sofa. A smart TV, hairdryer, in-unit washer and dryer, and year-round central air conditioning are available. Shared facilities include a pickleball court, gym, sauna, cold plunge, co-working lounge, yoga lawn, garden, barbecue grills and fire pit. Communal amenities operate on a first-come, first-served basis; sauna and cold plunge access is limited to two people at a time, and gym access to 2–4 people at a time.

Shops and restaurants in South Lamar are within walking distance. Zilker Park and Downtown Austin are a short drive away. Communal facilities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sauna and cold plunge access is limited to two people at a time; gym access is limited to 2–4 people at a time. Locked mailboxes are inaccessible, so mail and package deliveries cannot be retrieved.

Maximum occupancy is six guests. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and remain present for the entire reservation. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside and outside; fees may apply. Respect neighbors and other guests. Do not have mail or packages delivered to the apartment. Turn off barbecue propane tanks after use and clean the grills with the available tools. Bring your own fire-pit supplies, extinguish all flames and coals after use, keep the fire pit in its designated location, and comply with county burn bans. Return the four pickleball paddles and balls to the unit after use.
