The house

This 55 m² apartment has a living area with a sofa and television, dining table, and open-plan kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cooking utensils, kettle, and Nespresso and filter coffee makers. It has one bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm Queen-size bed, one bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The furnished terrace is 20 m². Electric heating is included. A private outdoor parking space in the same building is included. The apartment is not equipped with Wi-Fi and is not adapted for people with reduced mobility. Bed linen and towels are not provided. A concierge team is available during the stay. Linen is optional; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the whole stay without replacement. In-stay cleaning is not provided.
