House rules
Smoking, pets, parties and events are prohibited. Groups of young people aged up to 18 are not accepted. Do not use domestic sockets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Bed linen and towels are not included and can be ordered as optional extras. Ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the entire stay, without replacement. Mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to communicate your arrival time and arrange key handover. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00; departure is before 10:00. In low season, arrival and departure times can be adjusted by arrangement with the agency. Mandatory hoomy concierge fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance: 5.5%. Optional extras per reservation: kitchen towels €2; one small and one large towel €7; linen for one double bed €18; linen for one single bed €14; final cleaning €95; bathmat €3. Refundable deposit: €800 per reservation, by card preauthorization with the final payment; the card number is requested as guarantee.
Getting there
Kerjouanno Beach is 100 m away. The apartment is near Fogeo Beach. The mezzanine sleeping area is upstairs. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging outlet.
