The house

The 70 m² apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and toilets, and a combined kitchen/living room. One bedroom has two single beds; the other has one single bed and one double bed. Balconies and two covered terraces provide outdoor space, with garden furniture and panoramic views over the water.

The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-hob induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, 15-litre freezer compartment, microwave and coffee brewer. Other facilities include a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, satellite TV and wireless internet. There are three air-conditioning units, available for an additional charge, along with a heat pump and year-round insulation. One high chair and one cot are available. Consumption costs are included.

The building dates from 1900 and was refurbished in 2021. The homeowner lives on site. Lake Iseo is 20 m away, with swimming and fishing opportunities nearby, and the surrounding area offers long walks. Shops are 50 m away and the nearest restaurant is 10 m away.
