The house

The apartment accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, each with a double bed for two. It has a kitchen/living room and one bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hot and cold water. The kitchen has hot and cold water, a four-hob gas cooker and a refrigerator. A TV, hairdryer and safe deposit box are provided. The stone building dates from 1900 and was refurbished in 2000.

The estate has park-like shared grounds, garden furniture, an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant. The pool opens from mid-May to the end of September. A shared sauna and shared washing machine are available for an extra charge, and wireless internet is available for payment. Free parking is available on site. Sports facilities include a basketball court, football goal and playing field; a petanque court, shared tennis court and volleyball court are each 150 m away.

Massa Marittima town is 4.3 km away, shopping is 5 km away, and the nearest restaurant is 5 m away. The sea and sandy beach are 20 km away, and PSA airport is 131 km away. Consumption costs are included. There is no heating, and the apartment is non-smoking and not available to youth groups. Pets are not permitted.
