The house

The modern apartment occupies the third floor of a concrete building constructed in 2022. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen/living room. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, and the third has two single beds. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other a shower; both have a toilet and hot and cold water.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and insulated for year-round use. The kitchen includes hot and cold water, a four-hob induction cooker, oven, refrigerator, cooker hood, 50-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. There is Wi-Fi, one satellite Smart TV, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer and iron. One cot is available; there are no high chairs.

Outdoor features include a covered terrace, balcony, garden furniture and a fenced site. The balcony overlooks the strait and Marina harbour. One on-site parking space is free.

A stone/pebble beach is 35 m away. Shopping is 700 m away and the nearest restaurant is 200 m away. Boat and bicycle rental and a water park are each 400 m away. A marked 5–10 km cycling trail is 1 km away. Trogir is 10.5 km away and SPU airport is 15 km away. Trogir and Split can be reached by car.
