House rules

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests and cannot be exceeded because of fire-code requirements. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent the property and must be present for the entire reservation. No pets, parties or events are allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors and outdoors; a minimum $150 smoking fee applies, and the total charge may be higher if the property becomes temporarily unrentable. Do not leave personal items on the patio or arrange mail or package deliveries to the home. Hot-water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged use may affect water temperature. Nearby construction may cause noise.

Getting there

The apartment is in Austin's Holly neighborhood, near Rainey Street and a short drive from Downtown and South Congress. Street parking is first-come, first-served.
