House rules

The maximum occupancy is four guests. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent the property and must be present for the entire reservation. No pets, parties, events, or smoking are allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Do not leave personal items on the patio. Do not have mail or packages delivered because the locked mailboxes cannot be accessed. A minimum smoking fee of $150 applies, with additional charges possible if the property becomes temporarily unrentable.

Getting there

The property is in the Holly neighborhood, steps from Rainey Street and a short drive from Downtown and South Congress. Covered parking is available in a designated space, with extra street parking. Nearby construction may cause noise. Hot-water tanks are shared between units, so prolonged use may affect temperatures.
